Anna is passionate about supporting others in their journey to wellness! She believes that health is something that can be achieved through self love as well as finding balance in body, mind and spirit.

She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking and snowshoeing.  Anna loves to move in ways that bring joy including dancing and Yoga!

Living a holistic lifestyle Anna nourishes her body with organic, nutrient dense, whole foods.  She works hard to protect herself and her family from toxins found in our modern day culture.  Anna has dedicated many years to research and fine tuning what it takes to heal her body from chronic pain and fatigue.  With this experience, along with her education, Anna provides her clients with customized wellness and fitness programs.  Helping them to not only heal but to thrive!
